Procedures/testing Details
All raw materials are closely checked before production begins. We make samples to ensure we meet your requirements before we put your order into mass production. The products are inspected at each manufacturing stage. We also conduct random inspections as an added QC measure. Final delivery is authorized only after a comprehensive check of the finished products is completed. During the QC procedures, we check for any stitching irregularities, loose threads, snagging, and surface flaws.
